One of my focuses this school year is having my students self-assess. I teach middle school music and theater and I am trying some simple weekly checks with my students as we approach our concert season. I have created a simple Numbers document with each week as a different tab. The students have begun self-assessing each category (also reinforcing content specific vocabulary). I shared the document through Schoolwork so I am able to go into their documents and glance as their responses throughout the week to see where THEY feel they need additional work.
The template below is really just to inspire others to see how simple a student self-assessment can be!
