This kit guides developers, educators and learners to design AI-powered experiences that transform data into meaningful, human-centered insights. Through a healthcare scenario, participants use a starter project, Apple Foundation Models and Xcode Intelligence to build StepIntelligence, an app that analyzes one week of step data on-device and generates a clear summary and a personalized recommendation.
Along the way, participants apply Human-Centered AI and Responsible AI principles to design features that respect privacy, promote transparency, and support and empower users.
Intended audience: Designed for developers, university students and educators in computing sciences and related programs with a basic knowledge of Swift and Xcode. The scenario and activities can be adapted for learners at other levels.
