This learning kit uses a real-world scenario to explore how Human-Centered AI can improve user experiences in critical situations. Participants analyze, design and redesign AI-driven interactions that better support users' needs, context and decision-making.
Through a guided process, participants use the AI Product/Experience Journey framework to break down an existing experience, identify gaps and propose improvements. They apply HCAI principles and tools such as Apple Intelligence, App Intents and Shortcuts to design more efficient, meaningful and human-centered solutions.
The learning kit is flexible and can be adapted to different learning environments, encouraging both individual reflection and collaborative design.
Intended audience: Designed for workforce, university students and educators, and adaptable for learners at any level.
