As an educator, joining the Apple Learning Coach journey has been a meaningful and transformative experience for me. I have learned that coaching is not about giving answers, but about guiding others through thoughtful questioning and reflection.
Through this process, I developed a deeper understanding of active listening and how it helps build trust and meaningful connections. I also explored how technology can be integrated effectively to enhance student engagement, creativity, and collaboration in the classroom.
In my teaching practice, I have started to apply coaching strategies by encouraging students to think critically, share their ideas, and take ownership of their learning. This has created a more student-centered and interactive learning environment.
One of the most valuable lessons I gained is the importance of continuous reflection. Reflecting on my practices helps me grow as both a teacher and a coach.
Moving forward, I am committed to using coaching techniques and digital tools to empower my students and support meaningful learning experiences.
