Any ideas on how to build capacity and sustain motivation of Apple Teachers and mentors in a large school district? We have over 70,000 students, and we are 1:1 ipads in grades K-1. I am looking for ways to incentivize training for teachers so they become leaders and help support this initiative at their own schools.
