Every presentation starts with a theme — a coordinated set of fonts, colors, and slide layouts with placeholders for text and images. Introduce topics with title slides, use bullets to summarize ideas, and tell immersive stories with full‑screen photos.
In the presentation manager, tap Choose a Theme to open the theme chooser.
Tap to choose a theme that matches the tone and style of your presentation.
Add text. Double‑tap placeholder text on the slide, then type your own. When you’re done, tap Hide Keyboard 
to hide the keyboard.
Add a new slide. Tap Add Slide 
, then choose a slide layout that includes an image.
Replace a placeholder image. Tap Media Placeholder 
on the placeholder image, tap Choose Photo or Video, then choose a photo from your library.
Reorder slides. Touch and hold a slide thumbnail until it appears to lift up, then drag the slide to a new location. Tap the slide thumbnail for more options, such as Delete.
Use a quote slide to take a closer look at passages of text. Explore a poem, key points in a historic speech, or articles of legislation line by line.
Keep learners focused on main ideas. Design a presentation that uses title slides with short, simple statements of five words or less.
If you don’t like the layout of a slide after creating it, you can change it later by choosing a different option from the Slide Layout menu. Try changing the layout of a slide and see how it affects the presentation of your content.
