How many chair aground the table, a visual algebra problem

I've created an algebra activity for visual learners using the power of Numbers. The student have to figure out the algebraic expression to predict the amount of chair around an x number of table. To be able to do so, and to help them discover the mathematic pattern, they can move table and chair around in a sort of virtual dinning room within the file itself because Numbers is not limited to rows and columns like other spreadsheets.

The exemple is for you to take, modify or jus to inspire you.

This is fantastic, Pat! 🤩 What a great way to make Math even more visual, and really leverages the features of Numbers to do this! I’m looking forward to sharing this with some of our Maths Teachers! 🙌
